I wonder if you could find that much civic pride in a city of roughly 775,000 people on either of the coasts?

I watched that video this morning and will admit things got a bit misty there at the end... I'm originally from Michigan and still have family there, so this hit home a bit for me.

What a neat collaboration, thank you for sharing! I don't like it when "mainstream" media pokes holes in these fine small towns across the country. Even my little hole in the wall city. :-)

Lex does good work, particularly in finding gems like this.

I spent a lot o' time in Dee-troit (as you know), and I'm as big a booster of that state and its people as exists anywhere.
