This is my first foray into the blogging world...no telling how it will turn out.<BR/><BR/>My father tells me that he put me up on a horse when I was eight. Apparently I was rather frightened and demanded to get down. I don't remember the event, so it must have been rather traumatic.<BR/><BR/>When I first started riding a few years ago, I was admittedly nervous (read: frightened), but have since gotten past that. I respect them, but don't fear them. I am careful though, since I'm too darn old to hit the ground now.
